Community Bank is Hiring for a Teller in our Grantsburg, Wisconsin Branch

What is Expected of You (includes but is not limited to):

• Accept retail or commercial deposits, loan payments, cash checks, process checking and savings account withdrawals.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, which includes buying and selling currency from the vault teller.
• Answer customer inquiries and refer customers to the proper service areas.
• Be proficient in navigating the bank’s core processing system.
• May be responsible to open and close the bank.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information secured.
• Processes credit card cash advances.
• Redeem Savings Bonds.
• Provide cashier’s checks, and personal money orders.
• Process night drops and mail deposits according to Community Bank Procedures.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds of office supplies and equipment. Some bending, turning, and twisting required. Prolonged standing.
• Money handling experience preferred but not required.
