David Konopaske Jr.’s 1-Year Anniversary

It’s hard to believe a year has flown by since David joined the Community Bank family! A trusted Teller, a devoted teammate, and a friendly presence for our customers, he has made a positive impact on everyone around him. Check out David’s perspective on his first year at Community Bank:

What have you enjoyed most since starting with Community Bank?  I have most enjoyed getting to know our customers and experiencing the family feeling from all my coworkers.

What have you learned or accomplished that you’re most proud of?  Ever since I was 18 years old, I have wanted to work in the banking industry. I am most proud of myself for making the change, and I am now already a year in! Woot, Woot!

What advice would you give someone just starting their career as a Teller?  As fun and exciting as it is to be a Teller, it is a lot to learn. All of us were just starting at one point, and we are here to help you through the learning process. WE can do it!

What do you like to do when you’re not working?  When not at work, I enjoy fishing, camping, bonfires, and attending any event with live music.

Where do you see yourself another year from now with Community Bank?  Still enjoying every day while continuing to grow my knowledge in the banking industry.

Thank you for bringing your skills, positivity, and hard work to the team, David. Cheers to many more years to come!
