Customer Notice COVID-19: Lobby Closure
At Community Bank, the health and safety of our staff and customers continues to be our highest priority. Based on the current environment, we will be adhering to the new social distancing guidelines from state and federal authorities by closing our lobbies beginning Saturday, March 21st until further notice.
The vast majority of our transactions and services can still be completed using the following delivery channels:
Drive-up
Night Deposit
Telephone:
Mail
Mobile Banking including Mobile Deposit
Online Banking
ATM (Community Bank ATMs as well as via the Moneypass network)
For those services that cannot be completed electronically or through the Drive Thru, we ask that you contact your local branch to schedule an appointment. These include:
- Access to Safe Deposit Boxes
- Opening Accounts
- Signing of Bank Documents
- Notary Services
- Loan Closings
- IRA Transactions
Because our Danbury Branch does not have a Drive Thru, we are limiting the hours from 9am – 12pm daily for these appointment only services.
