COVID-19 Update: Lobbies are open and new hours announced

If there is a theme for 2020 thus far, it would be change. Changes in our habits, changes in our society, and changes in our way of life. And now that the restrictions in place are beginning to loosen/expire, it’s time for us to change again as well.

Community Bank is pleased to announce the reopening of our lobbies beginning on June 8th! With the opening, we are taking precautions to safeguard the health of our customers and employees. Sneeze guards have been installed, cleaning and disinfection measures have been increased, and we are asking people to observe social distancing. Also, we are asking customers who are wearing masks to identify themselves before conducting transactions.

Changes will also be coming to some of our hours of operation. The past two months have given us time to study the amount of transactions each day and the new traffic patterns of our customers. With that information, we will be making some modifications to our hours of operation at our locations. We feel these changes will allow us to better meet the needs of our customers while also keeping everyone safe.

These changes include:
Close of transactional Business Day will now be extended from 3pm to 4 pm M-F for all locations.

Branch hours of operation
• Cameron and Siren – Lobby will be open from 9am-4pm M-F and Sat 8:30am-11am. Drive up available from 8am-5pm M-F and Sat 8:30am-11am.
• Grantsburg – Lobby will now open from 9am-4pm M-W, 9am-5pm Th-F; 8:30am-11am Sat. Drive up available from 8am-5pm M-F and 8:30-11am Sat.
• Danbury – Lobby will be open from 9am-12pm M-F.
